I tried making my “famous” chocolate chip cookies a couple weeks ago.
They looked pretty good up until a point.
I think I might have used a little too much baking soda. We think it might be stronger over here than we are used to.
All the parts of the cookies that had a lot of dough in them got very bubbly.
They still have plenty of chocolate so they taste pretty good, but the texture is not quite right. We are thinking of getting some imported baking soda and trying again… We’ll see if we get to it or not. 🙂
